How to Book with ... Just4You ...
When you have chosen a holiday, event or weekend you would like to book, you should select the Book Now button on the holiday page and fill in the Reservation Form. This will reserve your holiday for a few days so that you can fill in the booking form and send it off with your deposit. The Booking Form and the Terms and Conditions are available in pdf format for you to download. The Booking Form and the Terms and Conditions can also be obtained by post if requested.

Deposit Required
The deposit required is 50% of the total cost of your holiday. A reduced deposit is required if you qualify for the Early Booking Incentives. If you book your holiday less than 9 weeks before departure or for holidays costing less than £200 per person, please send the full payment with your booking.
Early Booking Incentives
Early booking incentives for overseas holidays including Jersey.
Book your summer holiday before the 31 January or your winter holiday before the 30 June, to get the early booking incentives:
- Deposit payable: 25% of the total cost of the holiday and the balance of deposit (a further 25%) due 31 March (31 August for winter).
- In addition you will receive an early booking discount of £35 per person
- AND you pay no regional flight supplements.
Early booking incentives for UK holidays of 6 nights or more
Book your UK summer holiday of 6 or more nights before the 28 February or winter holiday before the 31 July, to get the early booking incentives:
- Deposit payable: £25 per person, balance of deposit (up to 50% of total) due 30 April (30 September for winter holidays)
- In addition you will receive an early booking discount of £20 per person.
Methods of Payment
You can pay your deposit or the full payment by cheque (made payable to Mango Holidays Ltd, credit or debit card, PayPal or if you have internet or telephone banking, you can make your payment by bank transfer. Please ask for our bank details in order to make a payment by bank transfer. If you make your payment by debit card, credit card or PayPal, there is an additional charge of 2% of the payment, subject to a minimum charge of £5 per transaction.
ATOL Confirmation Invoice
As soon as we receive your booking form we will issue your ATOL confirmation invoice for all holidays which include a flight. This will give details of payments received and payments due. It will also contain details of your flight. Flight details may be provisional and subject to change. We will advise you of any changes as soon as they are confirmed.
Confirmation Invoice for non-ATOL bonded holidays
As soon as we receive your booking form we will issue a confirmation invoice. This will give details of payments received and payments due.
Your Financial Protection
When you book a holiday with Just4you (part of Mango Holidays Limited) your money is always protected.
A holiday company selling or advertising a holiday, which includes a flight, is required under English Law to have an ATOL Licence issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). You can check out the details of our ATOL licence by visiting the CAA website www.ATOL.org.uk. Our ATOL Licence number is 6200. In the event of financial failure of Mango Holidays Limited, the CAA will refund all monies paid to us or if you are on holiday will arrange for you to complete your holiday and return home at the end of your stay.
If your holiday is in the UK all monies paid to Just4you (Mango Holidays Limited) is deposited and held in a Trust Account until after you have taken your holiday. If the company should fail your money will be returned to you or if you are on holiday will be used to ensure that you can complete your holiday.
Cancellation
If Mango Holidays cancels a holiday on which you are booked, you may be offered an alternative holiday but in any case, you will always be entitled to a full refund of any monies paid to Mango Holidays Limited. If for any reason you need to cancel your holiday, you should advise us immediately in writing (See our Terms and Conditions).
